Jay and his wife truly seek to provide the best experience for their guests. It is ingrained in their lifestyle and, as a former hotel manager, I can attest their level of dedication is a true rarity in the industry. This property's awards and accolades speak to their success and my random choice to stay here was a gift and blessing. I won't be staying anywhere else in the surrounding area except this Quality Inn & Suites location.“

“I had waco dr location pulled up… not sure how I ended up on the grosebeck location… sorryI no use to come here alll the time, I don’t live in town and I stopped by for limonada y ceviche.THE YOUNG MAN THAT USE TO TAKE CARE OF THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS AMAZING!!!He always gave your drinks to you and then you pulled around.Toda, I was told no pull around I’ll take it to you with your food.I asked for my drink again, let a few minutes pass by, and when I walked in (mind you it wasn’t busy yet) I saw the manager sitting with 2 other waitresses and the girl who was getting multiple drinks trying to fix 2 drive thru orders at once.Call me stupid but then 4 could’ve helped her.I asked for my money back!“
