This is my new favorite coffee shop. Pretty bummed it is in Houston, while I live near Seattle. We visited twice. The oat milk latte was excellent. The cinnamon honey (Cambrian latte, I think) was also very good. Love the geology theme!
I had the Cambrian Crush (a mango lemonade) and an Original Saussage Roll. Both were delicious. The coffee shop has a lovely vibe with winsome artwork. The owner and barista are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I will absolutely recommend this coffee shop to my local friends.

Love this coffee spot was given a pay it forward token back in 2020 and have never used it until today...so glad they don't expire. I order nitro cold brew and Carmel latte. Both were sooooo good. Nitro cold brew made my hair follicles tingle which is a very good thing! Smooth and creamy. I love that the whole establishment reflects dinosaurs and that era.
