The food is fresh and very good. It's pretty good for your health too. I would like to see more consistent portions in the Cava bowls. Sometimes the bowl is filled, sometimes it's only about 2/3 full.
Cava is one of the very few places you can get a quality fresh meal at a very reasonable price. They don’t haggle you for tips. Fast service and friendly and helpful staff. Recommend everyone to try at least once.

Tried CAVA for the first time. It's a walk-up and order style restaurant. Limited menu, but everything looked tasty. I opted for a Greek grilled chicken pita. It's a fresh pita with humus spread on it, pickled red onion, diced cucumber, chopped grilled chicken, feta cheese, and greek sauce. Rolled up nice and snug, wrapped in paper.
