The scanner for the app hasn’t worked ever since I’ve been ordering from this location for months. I had a free guacamole that I wanted to claim. I was told I could only order from the app to claim the guacamole. They should get the scanner fixed.
On their menu they have an organic water with melon lemonade. I ordered one and they gave me lemonade. I told her that I know she had made the wrong order and the lady very repunately answered me that this is what I had ordered and I told her no and she told me He said that we don't sell watermelon lemonade but they have it on their display menu and that's why I ordered it and I suggested that if they don't have it, they remove it. Absolutely rude and insulting experience. My family and I came to this location in the mall and we asked for extra rice. One chipotle worker said they do not charge for extra rice after we asked and few seconds later the GM of the store comes with apparent attitude and messiness and says actually yes we do I am the GM of this store.
