A terrible service location. I've came here 5x and each time they messed up. Other members keep coming yet they still mess up. At times, went to drive thru yet looked like it flooded. When telling them the order, it seems they are not paying attention. I order black with sugar. Then they say "so you want cream with no sugar". That's the opposite of what I said. I asked for a Churro iced coffee, I was given a coffee with no cream no sugar. After asking why the girl in the drive through rudely said because you didnt ask for it! drive up the front and ill take it to you in a standoff and upset way. I asked again what the churro ice coffee came with and she said that I have to ask for cream and sugar. I always get this everywhere else and I have neveeerrr had to ask for creme and augar.
