There is a reason Shipley always has a line and these other donut shops don’t. I Ordered a mixed Dozen. The manager got right on it and had me served up in no time. We got in the car and gave them a try. Horrible!!!! Reasons for this review are. 1) The donuts were cold and not like room temp cold but freaking cold. 2) The jelly, and cream filled donuts were not only cold but days old stale. This is a newer location. They definitely have some kinks to work out including their service. I'm actually taking a break from this location because the service is so poor. I order my coffee via the app. The concept behind this is that when you go inside to pick it up, it is ready at the said time. Well this never happens.
