The ribs are always perfect I had a problem once and Eric the manager took care of it with no problem You can tell why he is the manager,he cares about his custimers If there is a slip up....he will fix it.
Brisket was decent. Jalapeño sausage was disappointing. The bbq sauce tasted like watered down tomato sauce.The staff were inattentive and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.The decorations are charming but overdone.Don’t recommend. Especially do not recommend the bbq sauce.

Definitely a good bbq restaurant for being a chain. There’s nothing like the original on Kirby. But a quick trip back to my hometown and Goode Co on 290 does the trick! Ribs were good as always. Brisket was a little dry for being cut off the moist/fatty side. Service was great and friendly staff. Loved that Texas pecan pie to top it off!!
