Food is always good.Service today sucked. I guess because of game and big orders. I waited about 10 mins for someone to even speak to me .. I don't where y'all got these employees from.
Started shirt cuts. Use to get a 3 ribs on a meat plate with brisket ,now get two and the brisket is getting a lil smaller Too. Great Food, but try and undercut the patron who has been getting the same thing every time I come! Please don't do you customers like that!

We have been eating at Hickory Barn for 40+ years, mostly to go orders. Today I got a sliced beef plate with okra and potato salad, they have always had the best sides. The brisket was lean, but had no seasoning on it. I mean none. The other edge of the brisket had no bark/crust that usually consists of seasoning and the outer crust of the meat.
