I am so happy that we booked with Jackson & Company for our wedding. Rebekah was so patient and kind with us as we decided on our menu. The company was flexible and willing to help us achieve our vision. We chose the pulled short rib and all of our guests were raving about it. My personal favorite was mini beef wellington hors d’oeuvres. Honestly all of their food was amazing!

I used Jackson & Company for my wedding dinner and hors d'oeuvres. We did a tasting and thought the food was good but then when it came to wedding day the food was absolutely amazing! Our hors d'oeuvres were a huge hit for our cocktail hour. People are still telling us about how yummy the lobster ravioli was! The food was delicious and the presentation was also great!
