We found Katz Coffee at Central Market when we lived in Houston almost a decade ago. We liked them so much that after we moved to The Netherlands, we had friends send us regular shipments of whole bean (probably illegal but whatever lol). And now we are back in the states again and we still enjoy their coffee. Hands down the best coffee out there today.
I visited this place thinking It was just a coffee shop. Turns out they have the best coffee beans from around the WORLD and they do. Since this is one of my guilty pleasures I can certify it. My favorite so far is the Colombian one.It has beautiful decor and music, the whole vibe is so inviting. The staff is so nice and kind!They offer complementary drinks so you get to know their great work.

One of the Best coffee I have tried outside of Indonesia. Coffee that is delicious and shockingly good! especially for an American coffee roaster. I don’t want to sound like I work for this company, I do not, so I will leave it at this: if you start your day with coffee and you live within a 15 hour drive from Houston, this is where I would buy my coffee.
