I’m writing this review bc I had the most exceptional customer Service experience here. The man who serve me at the drive-through was Marcus. When I asked his name I heard Marcus, however, on the receipt it says Titus so I’m assuming I probably mixed their names up or got it wrong which is my bad. but either way, Marcus literally helped me find all in stuf I need and was super duper effecirnt
This is not about the food, but about a double billing refund that is taking so long to happen.I usually like to use cash in places like KFC, where I do not see them swipe my card but I bought more things than I initially planned and ended up using my card.
