This evening, Wednesday, 10/11/23, between 7pm-725pm, I placed an order for a 8 piece (crispy). I received 1breast, 1 thigh, 2 legs and 5wings...My complaint: The female cashier did not say she was out of crispy thighs or breast.. that would have completed my order for my family. She assumed that it was ok to make a choice for me and add an extra boney wing.No it was not! I haven't had KFC in a while and decided to give this location a try. The employees were very nice and got my order ready quickly. The food was good but I was disappointed in the mashed potatoes. I remember them being more flavorful and was so excited about getting mashed potatoes only to be disappointed. The best comparison I can make is that they tasted like baby food mashed potatoes.

Horrible, they try to give you old crispy chicken with batter missing or falling off. 8 piece hot wings were extremely salty, asked for 1 more sauce and was told I had to pay extra for it. Never have I been charged for sauces at kfc. The employee that helped me was very nice and helpful.I probably will be back in 6 years again. I do not recommend this location.
