I am addicted to kolache factory. Their rancheros, spinach, and jalapeño popper kolaches are so so good. I also love their house coffee. The workers are always super friendly. The vibe is donut shop. My only complaint is orders from this place from Uber eats takes a shocking 60-80 minutes. I wish they would address this. But just go in person if able.
Fresh Eastern European pastries with Texas flair, be careful though..those calories add up. I am still trying to figure out how they insert the different ingredients into the kolaches. So far I have tried the basic egg, cheese and potatoes, pizza, chicken enchilada, sausage, sausage and jalapeño(which the jalapeño slices are on the big side), bbq brisket and the ranchero. Amazing fare!!! Want a twist on the traditional pig in a blanket Kolache, than this is your place! I didn't even see one kolache with a sausage sticking out of the ends, tho they do offer sausage kolaches, tho they come with cheese or other items included.
