Ordered via this app 40 minutes or so ago and went to pick up my order and the door is locked. Couldn’t see anyone inside. Called their number and transferred me to corporate who told me it shows they are open. The doors were locked and people were gathered outside. The app has no way of trying to get a refund so I called my bank. Now my money is stuck for three days until this resolves. Avoid this location at all costs!!!
Friday after work, 3rd car in take out line, when I got to window, I asked what was hot and ready after "Shorty" told me they had 45 minute wait because of High Volume demand. I took what was available, cost was $7??, I gave $20 and was told No Change and in a split second, after telling "Shorty" all I had was the $20 or $5 she offered her $1?? tip money and said, "I got you", Handed me the pizza and smiled and thanked me. Slowest Little Ceasars ever. When the app tells you that your order is going to be done in an hour so you show up an hour and five minutes later and you still have to wait another 20 minutes for the person behind the counter to make up some excuse as to why your order is late.
