I’ve been going to the same location for over 8 years and everyone but the manager is SUPER nice. However, the manager rarely smiles or even says anything when I tell her “thank you” or have a nice day. Which is what I do every time. I honestly don’t get it? It seems like either she doesn’t like her job or doesn’t like people. ??♂️
There is almost always a wait on the inside. Even if there is no one standing in line, you still have to wait for up to 10mins sometimes, which sucks when you only have 30mins lunch break. I've walked in several times and there was no one in line, but there was also no one at the front. Then there has also been times where they had 3 tills open and very busy, but the wait is for the food instead. The drive thru looks like it's almost always busy as well. I've never had any major problems with this Mcdonald's except that they love not putting the right amount of fries in the container. I ordered a basket once and I feel like I would have received more fries if I ordered a regular large fry.My problem is this screen.
