Oporto Fooding House & Wine is a gem in downtown Houston, serving incredible food with incredible flavor at a great price in a trendy part of Midtown. Must-try dishes include the goat cheese/tomato sauce appetizer, scallops, and octopus. The bar serves an excellent dirty martini, with friendly bartenders like Jeremy and Victor.
