I had never been to Pappadeux before, but heard good things. I decided to try it while visiting Houston and had a great experience. The host and waiters were friendly and accommodating. I decided on the shrimp etoufee and it was delicious! The shrimp were perfectly cooked. Service from start to finish was excellent!Once again our server -Greg Montague knocked it out of the ball park! I went in for a Birthday Celebration and we were completely satisfied! Today I had the crispy catfish beignets off the happy hr menu. They were delicious! Then decided to have a chip salad with crawfish. My friend said add the catfish! And did!! When I tell you it was sooo amazing. The creamy dressing and the avocados pair so well. Just go get it!! You won’t be disappointed!
