It seems like this spot is a locals favorite. All of my colleagues who live in Houston recommended this place for dinner. Came here on Thursday around 7pm and the place was packed with the line going out the door. The bar area has a great selection of beers and fantastic selection of bourbon. The barbecue is great. Came here for the brisket, but the ribs looked great too so got some pork ribs as well. Both were pretty good, def worth waiting on that long line for. Got coleslaw and Mac and cheese as sides, really don’t care for them. But hands down amazing brisket and pork ribs!

I'm picky about BBQ. There is good BBQ and there is great BBQ. People wait in line hours to get great BBQ. As someone who loves cooking, most food is at it's best when it's done. A lot of BBQ places you go to, the food has been done for a long time and just kept warm... You're also paying for real estate, to store that BBQ so it's available when you want it.
