Food quality was good, as expected. Delivery person was courteous and friendly. The app does not allow to place a claim for missing items or problems with the order. If you are not willing to deal with this loss, consider using a food delivery option like Doordash or Grubhub and pay the extra fee. At least you'll be covered for missing items or problems with your food. Very frustrating experience.
Great taste on the XL Big New Yorker Pizza...Unfortunately, it's not what I'd call an XL pizza! It wasn't 16" across and was a large at best...Pizza Hut needs to go to NY to see what an XL slice is!!

Been coming here for years just because I live in the neighborhood right behind this Pizza Hut. Food is always right, I mean it's a Pizza Hut... I've never had bad service but also never had great service either up until today, Brian helped me out today and did an amazing job as far as customer service goes! He was polite courteous professional and had everything out in a timely manner! Thanks dude ?
