It seems like to get your ordre ready takes longer and longer for some reason. Last time it took 17 minutes this time it took 25 minutes for a fast food restaurant I would say is a long time for the same order. And than when you ask for utensils, plates and condiments they get mad as if I did something wrong. That's the problem with restaurants that do not train employees to give good customer service. The Popeyes located on Shephard Dr is definitely managed by people who care. In particular today, November 23, 2022 was exceptional. Popeyes employees Jayla, Makayla and Geneva went out of their way to make sure my order was fresh, complete and expedited. I really appreciate their friendly faces and always a smile. The Cook was great! He specifically made sure the order was fresh and seasoned. Thank you to a great crew and a well managed location!

They have lowest prices I’ve seen so far. A drum/leg, and thigh is $1.79 each. Their customer service could be better though. They are simply doing their job without a smile. Also, make sure to get a receipt since the receipt has coupons!
