I had placed an online order (first time), and when I got to the restaurant, they said that my chicken strips would be out soon. I was confused because that's not what I ordered. But lo and behold, that's exactly what I ordered, my goodness! I went inside and ordered more chicken anyway. We love Popeyes!
This Location needs an upgrade on customer service and quality. Both times I have come they have gave me wrong order. This is probably because the lady at the drive thru window does not speak English at all. I shouldn't have to waste 5 minutes repeating my order just to 10 minutes get my order and it's completely wrong! Plus the chicken is dry and taste overcooked and old.
