We came here on a late Friday night craving the new Popeyes wing flavors. The chicken was on point, and Cassandra was a wonderful drive thru teller. 4 starts because they forgot to give us a drink for our order and the Oreo cheesecake we ordered but we didn’t notice until we got home.
Went twice. First time employee telling manager what she does not want to do. Customer in front on me having problems with order due to language barrier. Next day had to repeat order three times to one employee and twice to another. Cook in kitchen wearing headphones. Won't be going back. Customer service sucks.
