I love raising canes but this location does not cook their fries and chicken tenders long enough. Even eating it there, it’s hot but it’s never crispy as fries and fried chicken should be. Service is always good but even when I ask for extra crispy it’s never made extra crispy.
There were 2 Hispanic girl teens working Jan 10 @ 8:30 pm, that were very rude and lazy. Asked for my sodas with NO ice and they still filled it to the top with ice, politely told her I asked for no ice, she grabs the cups angrily and screams at her coworkers. I then could see them just taking the ice out kind of draining it instead of just dumping it out and refilling it with a fresh batch of soda.
