I was going to buy a merchandise on sale and used my reward. The merchandise rang an the regular price and I told the cashier and he told me that there was nothing that he could do. I talk to the to the corporate office and they told me to contact the manager. Called the manager and email her and never contacted me back. I’ve been a regular here for quite a bit and the food is made well: They tend to make it properly and pay attention to adjustments. When they don’t, they are very kind and efficient to correct any mistakes. Although the place is rather busy, they are the quickest Starbucks I’ve been to.The service is excellent and they are always very kind and I have seen them provide assistance with language barriers (Spanish) multiple times.The atmosphere is lovely, as well and the people...read full review
