Friendly staff and willing to accommodate my mistake of an order. I forgot to mention that I wanted soy milk for my coffee order and luckily the barista hadn't made my order yet. He told me he'd call me up once he got to my order since he also had 4 other orders in front of mine. So I live in the area of this location and sometimes I go out of my way to avoid it. Sometimes when I walk in, they look at us like we're cockroaches. It really is sad and to make it worse we're disabled and I believe that has a lot to do with it, the atmosphere is quiet music is barely on. Can't hear it. They don't say hi when you walk in and they don't help you when you're ready to leave such as holding the door open for you when you are in a wheelchair for example. I Visit...read full review
