Update: My partner talked me into going back to this Chuy's Oct. 13 for apps, even though I was very reluctant based on the service (or lack thereof) in September, and things went much better! We were greeted and seated right away, and our waiter was attentive and on point. The guacamole was delicious and not overly seasoned; the rich flavor of the avocado came through. Chuy's in Cypress has great! We got their queso with ground beef, the tortilla soup and crunchy tacos with refried beans/rice. Both were amazing! We really enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent! Great environment for family.Madi was our server. She was very courteous and timely! Additionally, another server, James, helped us clean up when I spilled water everywhere. Truly enjoyed the experience! Would recommend to family and friends!

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the server made me feel welcomed. He asked me if everything was okay a good amount of times which showed he cares about the customers. The food was delicious and was hot when I received it. I recommend eating here and I will definitely go back soon.
