The food quality has plummeted. Most often the order is wrong and the prices have skyrocketed. The workers tend act like they'd rather be anywhere than at work. Not a fan. Time to step away from sonic and go to other places that have better food, better prices and nicer staff.
I will literally have a pleasant experience every single day at this spot, EXCEPT on Sundays. Rude staff that ignores me to the point I have to leave last week, and today getting cut off and sarcasm when I address my order was not finished. Had to correct the person taking my order several times, and was met with sarcasm. This is by far the friendliest Sonic I've ever been to. The guy taking the order was super polite. Another employee noticed my dog in the truck at the drive through and offered a pup cup. Both could not have been friendlier. Order was perfectly prepared. Perfect experience on New Years Eve. Thank you to a great team.
