“For a one time experience, it was nice. Birthday brunch for my wife. Server was excellent! Food was pretty tasty too. Very much on the pricey side. Party of 3, no alcohol, $160+. Nothing against the restaurant, but one of the reasons I HATE going downtown is the harassment by vagrants, which was also the case this visit! So annoying.“

“Everytime I come here, it's a pleasant and TASTY experience. Probably some of my favorite street corn in this part of Houston - it's worth every penny in my opinion.Coffee is also done well. I'll keep coming back like I do. ?⭐“

“My daughter and I found this place on Google, highly rated and with $$ for cost. While we felt this was more of a $$$ restaurant for the prices, every bite was well worth it! The menus was full of interesting offerings, making it tough to choose. The Cocateles with mixed seafood was so flavorful. My daughter had the Tres Tacos and I had the salmon with veggies and we shared. SO DELICIOUS! Also, the table next to us had an octopus dish (apparently their specialty) and it was beautiful, like a work of art. I will definitely go back when I visit Houston again!“

“This is legit the best vegan bakery I have ever been to in my life. Every single thing they make is uniquely designed and delicious- more tasty than any vegan pastries I have ever had. It doesn’t even matter what flavor it is or type of pastry, everything tastes amazing. If I had thousands of dollars to donate to something, it would be this place.“

“Best burger I have ever had. First off they are huge but they make them WIDER instead of TALLER so you can enjoy eating a monster size burger without a massive mess. Everything they sell tastes amazing. The price at first seems high but the food you get feels like more than what they charge. If you order any add ons like jalapeños or mushrooms they give you such a generous amount it’s almost too much and that shows they care. I will only eat here for burgers from now on.“

“Went on Tuesday for their open mic comedy. Awesome, low key vibes, comics were pretty funny, and beer was delicious. Favorite beer was Fake Landing! They have a food truck on Tuesdays and their bartenders are amazing. Pollo and Natalie were so accommodating and knowledgeable as they guided us on what to drink and let us try whatever we wanted. We can’t wait to become regulars here.“
“Cool craft beer spot in Houston. Tried a couple of their beers and I think the IPAs are what they do best. The Art Car IPA was my favorite (apparently one of their most popular beers). The pizza was fresh and pretty good in that puffy American crust style. The burger and fries were only ok to my taste. I think the main draw for the place would be the giant outdoor patio area space and the great beer. I would definitely go back and encourage others to do the same. Cheers!“

“A cozy hole in the wall local Coffee Shop, what more could you ask for? The building itself has kept good preservation. Upon entry the bookcases and plants are esthetically pleasing to the eye. The music gave the place a modern vibe. I ordered the peach lemonade as it was a bit humid outside and I wanted something to help refresh me. The young ladies behind the counter were great at helping me choose a drink. Prompt service and a decent crowd for a midweek, mid stop. I would most definitely come back again.“

“What a neat Food-stand? Food-counter? There's a word for this in Hindi but for street food, so this is similar except that it's only coffees, drinks, and pastries. I read that the chef is from New York, but I especially like the location. I always go for their seasonal drinks but my husband always goes for latte with alt milk. Whenever I decide to walk the Columbia Tap Trail, this is a nice stop land treat about halfway through the trail. I feel rewarded. Although I have seen regulars here with their pups and those who also just look like they just popped out of bed for some coffee (I can relate)! It's nice to see that this place is still flourishing since the pandemic I'm sure I'll be back!“
“Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. The beer selection was on point for both myself and my wife who enjoy very different styles. The food truck that was there was perfect for a good snack. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have some sort of wait staff on a busy day so we didn’t have to wait in line at the bar. But overall great experience. Keep making great beer. We will be back for sure.“
“A really great atmosphere to be at if you're in the area! They have video games, comic books, a room to play table tennis and overall great people here. They also have The Simpsons playing on repeat which is always nice. My only real issue with the place is that the restrooms aren't exactly clean and parking can be very hectic. Other than that, I enjoy it here!“

Also the owner is great and you can tell She has a lot of passion for the establishment.Keep this place going ? “

“Parking is limited and the line can be long.. but the snow cones are well worth the wait! They make their snow cones with the best shaved ice around. There is no chucks of ice in your cup waiting to break one of your teeth. You can order an ice cream whiz, which is a snow cone with ice cream on the bottom. My favorites are the root beer and orange. They taste just like and a root beer float and an orange ice cream popsicle. You can add extra toppings on your snow cone if you want. They offer all the usual flavors as any other place.“

“Been going here for years for their smoothies and coffees, crepes and panini. Everything I'd delicious. I sometimes like to ask for extra sauce (pesto or aioli etc) but have never had something I didn't like. Making crepes is definitely a bit delicate so there might be a bit of a wait if there's a crowd.“

“Loved our burgers at Rodeo Goat. The Cortez was awesome and needs to be added to the regular menu. I want to go back and try more. Loaded fries were pretty good. Need to secure the umbrellas outside a little better. Was a little windy that day and they kept flying off and hitting other tables. Can't wait to go have another burger.“

“Chose this coffee spot as a place to chill before our flight out of houston. Floored on the food - the Chinese sausage tacos were amazing. The tortillas were just right, good portions, right amount of heat, sweet, and texture. Best breakfast taco I've ever had. Wish i had more time in Houston to try their whole menu! Cold brews were good as well!“

“What? You only have fries? They actually have additional items and please refer to the updated menu that I posted. They are a bit pricey, and their prices have gone up significantly in past few months. I’m not sure if that is because of the supply and demand issue.I enjoyed the taste and the freshness of the food. I ordered a small portion of Bayou fries. Will I order this again? Absolutely. They are a bit pricey, but you can be the judge of the taste and portion size. I have posted what I ordered in the attached pictures.Enjoy…!!Vegetarian options: They serve vegan fries, but I did not verify if they are 100% vegan without cross contamination and fried in a different oil separately.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.“

“It was really nice to go and hang out today! The weather was nice and it had a great atmosphere. We went during their happy hour, which ended around 7, and the staff was patient, plus they recommended great drinks. We ended up getting food from Luigi's in the back, their meatball sub, and lasagna were good! We also tried their mexican pizza and fried Mac and cheese bites. Those were not the best, but it was fun to try. Overall, it's a great place to hang, read a book, drink, and catch up with friends on a nice day.Parking: There's a spot across the street that we were able to park at. I'm not sure if they charge for major events.Kid-friendliness: It's very kid friendly! There's a bunch of room to play, and walk around. I know after a certain hour it's 21 and up.“

“I've been coming to La Calle since they opened. The service is incredibly slow when they are busy (think Walmart during Christmas season with only 2 registers open). Unfortunately, you have to know when to come. All that aside, the food is worth the wait at least once. I've eaten at the bar, I've dined in with my family, and I've ordered to go as well.“

“Have been going to this neighborhood bar for years and it does not disappoint. Bartenders are amazing and very personable. They only serve beer and wine but their draft list is ????. They don’t serve food but will have pop ups. Mortuary BBQ and Bar-tek are two of the main vendors and their food is top notch.“

“I have been to every place in Houston that sells pizza that’s worth going to and this one has the best pizza hands down. The dough is fantastic, crispy and chewy. Sauce is tangy and robust. Nice ratio of cheese. Very impressed as I wasn’t expecting it be so good. Definitely a hidden gem in the East End.“
“I had an amazing experience at this brewery during an office party. Being the oldest craft brewery in Texas, the place exudes history. The restaurant's artistic decor and Game-of-Thrones vibe with wooden beams and chandeliers create a unique atmosphere.Inside, chapels filled with captivating artwork add to the charm. There's also outside seating by a fountain resembling an overflowing beer chalice, providing a delightful setting for a meal. The Beer Garden, adorned with art cars, adds to the overall appeal.I highly recommend this spot for not just the excellent food and brewery, but also for the rich artworks and historical ambiance. A must-visit!“

“Love this place! Tenders are friendly, prompt, and down to earth. Patrons are there to have a good time. Re:HAB isn't fancy, but it isn't a rat hole either. Re:HAB is comfortable. It is an awesome place to relax, have conversations, meet new people, and be yourself. Parking is difficult, and sometimes patrons double park. BUT there is no need to worry because everyone is willing to move their car instead of sweating the small stuff. Re:HAB doesn't have a kitchen, but the last time I was there they had hotdogs, nachos, and Frito pie available. Another time we ordered pizza to be Door Dashed to the bar. See, just a chill place to hang out.“

“WOW, WOW, WOW. This is the ideal space to work, study, meet friends, dine, snack or rest one's weary legs and pass time in between accommodation. The food tastes good and the service is rapid. Airy and picturesque. I ordered the chicken gyro, Butterfly Lemonade and a cup of tomato and basil soup. We have nothing like this in Australia. I haven't seen other cafes setup like this in Houston either. If you aren't working and prefer to rest, grab the nook on the right hand side with the armchairs.“

“We have lived in northside for a couple of years; we now regret having waited so long to try Rocco's. It was delightful. The porch was pleasant, the bathrooms were clean, and, most importantly, the food was tasty. Our son enjoyed the kids pizza (it's big) and we tried two pasta dishes. The tiramisu was a delight too. We'll go back.Kid-friendliness: They do not have a kids menu but do have kid meal options. They were friendly and seemed genuinely happy we were there as a family.“
“My husband and I are visiting Houston from Denver (where craft beer is EVERYWHERE), and decided to do a brewery crawl to compare cities. My husband is a beer snob. I'm not a beer drinker really at all, but we both LOVED this beer and the ambiance. Top of the list for all the breweries we visited. The place is super clean, modern, cozy, nice outdoor space, dog friendly, food trucks, board games. More importantly, the beer tastes delicious! Lots of types to pick from. The flights were perfect for me and the pints were great for my husband. Definitely stop by this place!“

“I love that they provide directions on how this place operates bc it's actually 2 places in one. The other is Leeland House. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. They serve brunch all day, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was not plentiful, but it's there. Try the lemonade, TX Benny (egg fried), and the shrimp & grits. I will go back.Re: response from owner, I'm not sure what your response means.“

“It's so hard to find Hawaiian food close to my job. I found this place and went for the 1st time on Thursday; it was delicious! Similar to Which Wich, you select what you want on a piece of paper and turn it into the cashier. The place was clean and service was fast. They had options to add furikake and nori on my poke, which I love because my old poke place didn't have that option. I also saw they offer spam musubi, another favorite of mine, which I will be trying on my next trip.“
“The drag show at New Potato was SO much fun. The drinks were great and affordable and the staff went above and beyond to suggest drinks we'd like. They were wonderful. Yes, the patio is incredible. “Amazing pub with even better owner's. Me and my brothers stopped by once and they were going to close when we got there so they gave us each a beer free of charge and talked about the place and a bit about them. I'll definitely be sure to make this place a regular of mines.“
“Great beer. Cool people hanging out there. Corn-hole, board games, trivia night. Oh yeah, did I mention great beer?!? As far as micro breweries go this place is a dive. It is a dive in the best way. Nothing pretentious about UTR. Ask the guys about their business and they will chat your ear off. Ask them about their process and they might enlist you to help. Go now! Drink beer! Have a blast!!!“
“This brewery was definitely a vibe. You walk in and the first thing you see is a huge menu that covers the entire back wall, including a generous selection of beer. Bartenders were all super friendly. It was a gorgeous day so I sat outside in the beaming sunlight to enjoy my West Coast IPA, which was delicious. The outside area is humongous, so much room for activities. Large statues of The Beatles are nestled in the back corner which gives the place character and draws you in. A great place to come with friends for a few drinks and some bar games (Jenga included).“

“Ever since my mom told me about this place I’ve been coming here to get my popsicles and ice cream treats. It’s so much cheaper then having to wait for the ice cream truck or buying them at the grocery store. Usually spend $15-$25 and it lasts us about a month. It’s a good little place to buy for yourself or a business.“
