Was in over the weekend and as expected they were super busy. They mistakenly forgot to add my pie in my to go order. Not a big deal but the way they handled the mistake superior. Spoke to an employee who was so kind and patient and listening to my issue, then transfer to the manager. As someone in the service industry, I truly appreciate it. I’ve had breakfast and lunch and both were fantastic. We had good service both times. The coffee was great and the pies are, of course, excellent. Plus there are so many to choose from. The portions of the food made it impossible for me to eat pie the first time, so we went back. We were still too full to eat pie, so we brought some home to eat later.
