I love Jimmy Changas but this trip was not the best. The waitress was lackluster and barely around when we needed her. I had to constantly ask other staff members for things I needed. The chips were half full for the salsa she brought out. The food is always good but it's was the waitress this time for me. I would give 0 stars if I could for service.
Even though I live closer to Gringo's I order from this Jimmy Changas because of the associates. They are very thorough when taking my carry out order. Besides their attention to detail they also deliver great customer service. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Liz and Alejandro and they both go above and beyond to make sure my family's meal needs are met. Note we get a lot of customized items. Thanks Liz, Alejandro and team!

The food was great! Everything was seasoned well, came out hot, with great service. And it helped tremendously that there was a play area so the children could play while we waited for our meals. And don't worry, you can be "kid free" indoors.Kid-friendliness: Feel free to enjoy a meal outside while your children enjoy play time on the covered jungle gym. Eat and play. It's the kid way.
