“A San Antonio staple, whether you are visiting or a local, this place is a mandatory stop. I've been here several times over the years but most recently last night for a large family get together. Our party was over 20 and the restaurant did their best to accommodate our size. Our server was great. The food is always amazing, fresh, authentic, and flavorful. You must try the puffy tacos, I recommend the Mexican cheese plate which includes one puffy taco, two cheese enchiladas, rice, and beans. If you're over the age of 21, I highly recommend the jalapeño margarita. This adult beverage only comes in a small, because it packs a punch. Its hold the highest amount of liquor they are able to put into a single drink. Great atmosphere, clean bathrooms, lots of seating.“

The beer selection is limited with a focus being on fancy mixed drinks. Service was attentive. Restaurant was older but clean. The half rib order seemed really small 4baby ribs, but with the sides turned out to be enough.“

We started with beef fajita nachos and frozen margaritas, then we ordered our entrees. I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious pastor street tacos and my husband enjoyed his enchiladas.
