“Food taste is always 100% on point. Thick, juicy and tender cuts. Out of the 16 years that I have visited this location, twice I have had an issue with my steak; I have received a new steak, no questions asked and personally delivered by the manager. Their slogan is true, Legendary Food, Legendary Service. Now, my 3 year old son requests to go to Texas "Oadhouse" a few times out of the month.“
“Our waiter was incredibly patient and helped out with all of our orders making sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. He had a great attitude and really knew the menu and specials. Great service.I would suggest offering a regular (non-spicey) ranch dip for the mushrooms and blooming onion. The Outback ranch is just too spicy for kids and/or adults who can't stomach the heat.Decor of the restaurant could be a bit more upbeat or inviting, felt a bit in the dark, like a cave. When we left, the sun was so bright we had adjusted to the dark so much that it took a min. for everyone to see right.“
“This was, by far, the best meal I’ve had in the last few years! The best hamburger steak I’ve had since my childhood (1970’s). My husband’s chicken fried steak looked awesome. He said it was top notch. Our wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful.“
“First of all I love this restaurant ...eat in location two or three times a month...Today the food was so salty saying this as a joke Cooks need to be tested for covid as the food was so salty we could not even attempt to finish it... Coldest beer in town and they have a great happy hour for you all that are looking for that!“
“Food and Atmosphere were both good. We had the Ribeye and the lamb chops. Our server Julia Elena D was polite at best. Her energy and presence was friendly in a condescending forced way. It did not go unnoticed by myself or my lunch mate. It felt like she anticipated not getting tipped and it reflected the service that she gave. So the tip I left reflected that as well.“
“When I found out Saltgrass was opening here in Valley Ranch, I couldn’t have been happier. It’s only five minutes away from where I live and couldn’t wait to go. It was an absolute treat.Got my favorite Ribeye steak, and extras, and had excellent service. Our service Chris was very attentive and did a great job. Appreciate his service and looking forward to going back. The entire staff is a wonderful group of young people providing service with a smile.“
“I had not been to Texas Roadhouse in a few years until the last couple of weeks. I was actuallypleasantlysurprised by the food for the most part. The customer service aspect needs a little more work. We did the virtual line for our first visit, and it told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait, and the wait ended up being an hour. If they didn't have peanuts and a large outdoor waiting area, we would have left. The server on that visit had no idea that they had oil and vinegar for a light salad dressing. My prime rib was not rare like I ordered and kind of tough and chewy. We went back a second time a week later because my daughter wanted to try the peanuts for her birthday. It was a weekday, so no wait. The food was actually perfect this time around. My wife ordered the filet medallions rare, and they came out perfect. This time, the server didn't know what beers were included in the happy and never bothered checking, so we never bothered ordering any drinks. For the most part, I was happy with the quality of the food and the value for what we paid. The filet medallions were very tender and had a great flavor. I'll definitely go back, maybe not on a weekend.“
“The Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon was cooked to perfection and the sweet chili glaze had the perfect balance of sweet and heat! Chef T’s Yukon gold mashed potatoes were exquisite, as usual!! They’re the best potatoes on this planet!!The Chicken Cordon Bleu was draped with a creamy Dijon Mustard sauce that paired so nicely with the chicken and potatoes. The chicken was so moist and tender!!We thoroughly enjoyed both entrees. Thank you, Chef T for another outstanding culinary experience!!“
