“The SoulFood is delicious (well seasoned). We were disappointed they only had baked chicken drumsticks and no other pieces. But the 2nd time I ordered the smothered porkchops and I must said "I'll be coming back again and again". Overall it's worth visiting but just don't come around closing time.“

“My husband and I absolutely loved this place. We were looking for something new to try and found this on google. It was sensational!! Everything was seasoned to the T. The vibrancy in the food itself tells you this is great quality food. He had the Philly cheesesteak and I got the grilled salmon and shrimp. I only have a picture of my food because he ate his way too fast ? which also tells you it’s amazing!! Don’t think about it just go try it I promise you won’t be disappointed!!“

“It’s the food and the owner for me. Kevin puts a gourmet spin on soul food. They have come a very long way, the food was always superb. However the timeliness of orders was a problem. They have ironed out those new restaurant kinks and are definitely in a league of their own. Kevin takes pride and n his food and it shows and taste. I’ve tried everything on the menu and my palette was pleased.“

“When you open the door to go in the restaurant, the first thing you smell is a fresh and clean scent. Believe me, this is the cleanest restaurant in DFW! And the restroom is clean too. I ordered the 2-piece catfish with cabbage greens, and macaroni and cheese. It was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. The employees are very nice, and will give you a warm welcome. I also brought friends with me, and they raved about the food, clean restaurant, and great customer service. We will definitely be visiting again and AGAIN! ??Parking: Lots of parking spaces.“

“I gave this place a try as I was craving barbecue and wanted to try something different. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food was still hot when it arrived! I ordered spicy sausage, greens, mac & cheese, and BANANA PUDDING. Why is banana pudding in all caps you ask? It’s because it’s THE BEST banana pudding I’VE EVER HAD!!!! Whoever makes it, please give my compliments to that chef! I will be definitely be ordering more food and dessert from this place very soon!!!“
