“The worst experience ever, the lady answering the phone is very disrespectful especially when you talk to her in Spanish. Is so sad because she is basically the image of the business over the phone. I have to admit the food is really good but Mary the cashier is not doing her job as she suppose to be.“

“While the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere and service very pleasant, it did take quite a long time for our food to come out once we had ordered. Our waitress apologized for the delay, and the food itself was worth the wait. Fortunately, we were not in any hurry due to a limited amount of time for a lunch break - otherwise, it would’ve been problematic.“

“This was my first time visiting Tensai. First of all, I really enjoyed the whole ambience of the place, the lights, the fixtures, the decorations. Everything was really nice, I would consider a nice spot for a romantic sushi date for dinner time. The food it self was also super good. The service was okay, but to be fair it seems like they were short-staffed at the moment. The rolls tasted super fresh, and the presentation was practically perfect. I got the mango roll and it was delicious. Their white rice with chicken was also very good. Would definitely come again. $$“

“Great food. Possibly the best in Laredo, which I don’t say lightly. I’ve had general Tso’s, miso ramen, jalapeno chicken and each time it was perfect. I’m usually quite critical, but I have genuinely nothing bad to say about this place, except for maybe the price. 13$ for a line of sushi is pricey, so I haven’t tried it. The kitchen entrees are quite affordable though and are much more filling and delicious.“

“Ordered so much food. Everything our server brought to us was phenomenal!! She was so nice and very attentive. She kept a constant eye on us. Female restrooms were very clean. My only regret is not ordering one of their signature drinks, they all looked great!“

“The seafood, salsa, chips and cocktails all good, only one hiccup I asked a different server to please bring me a glass of water and instead of her telling me that they only have bottled water with a charge, she just decided not to bring me the water, I had to ask another server for water again.“
