“Definitely some of the best burgers you'll have. We're had a good amount of times and I can honestly say these burgers are better than some restaurants. The people working there are very friendly. Fries come nicely seasoned. To top it all off, they're more than reasonably priced. Best bang for your buck.“

“My friends recommended this place so we decided to stop by on our way out of Rowlett.I got the Shrimp cheesesteak and my boyfriend got the poblano cheesesteak. Both were very good and the onion rings were on point. They also have Daily specials Mon-Thu. Monday's was the Buffalo cheesesteak and I almost wish I'd gotten that one.What really sold me was the sauces. All his sauces were homemade and the Mayotle sauce had a really good smokiness to it.I'd definitely recommend stopping by here at least once.Also doesn't hurt that you can get a free churro if you leave them a 5-star review. Speaking of which, don't forget to give my friends Sladen and Dylan my free churro!“

“Promised to come back for another meal since the first visit ended in being disappointed due to limpy fries and a dry burger. So 2nd visit was guarded. Ordering here is a pain. Everyone wants something different so it slows the ordering process to a snail crawl. Ordered a Monster Burger. Dry. Fries are not crisp at all, they are as limp as before. What's with limp fries? Meat is tasteless. The need to go to Culver's to compare what a burger should taste like. My wife had a Hotdogs. It was very good but again limp fries. On a scale of 5 and 5 bring superb..we would rate our meal as a 2 and it's our last visit. I will stick with Culver's and Boots Burgers for burgers.“

“Fine dining it is! We sat in the bar area and enjoyed it. Food was flavorful and portions were fit to the prize. The bar is big with plenty of sitting. Really enjoyed the vibe and food. “As a native Texan it pains me to say that In-N-Out has supplanted Whataburger as my new favorite fast food burger. The quality, taste, and service is just better. I'd ask for more options, but In-N-Out does a few things and does them well.“

“This location has wonderful views of the lake and harbor area. The only downside seems to be the burger patties. This location seems to have patties that consistently crumble apart. When trying to eat the burger, it falls apart like it's taco meat on a bun.Flavor is always great, and this time, we tried the loaded cheddar fries (cheese fries surprise), and man, they were good.Parking: Depending on the day or time of day the parking lot can be very difficult to find parking.“

“Omgosh, dinner plans fell threw because someone...me...I'm someone...forgot to thaw out the porkchops...so a last minute scramble sent us to Jakes for a to-go dinner...and omgosh, I may "forget" again!!The Kicken Chicken fried steak, fries & a side salad hit the spot, oh so good if a tad too spicy for this forgetful girl...I sure hope they can hold that spice next time, and I promise there will be a next time...“

“Was out doing some errands and decided to try something local and off the beaten path. Glad we did too. The pictures don't do justice but the food was delicious! The place is small but cozy and the staff are friendly, the service was great, and the food is something we'll be back for. Oh, and GREAT beers on tap.“

My husband had the BBQ chicken sandwich as pictured, the chicken was so big it hung out either side of the bun. He loved it. “My family enjoys Hat Creek as it offers good food and a large outdoor playground. My favorite is the Paleo burger, a hamburger with vegetables and no bread. Also their chicken nuggets are gluten free. Another reason we like it here.Kid-friendliness: Has a large outdoor playground.“

“Great burger joint! Had lunch there again today. Wife and I both had the regular Cheeseburger and split an order of fries. After my first bite I exclaimed to my how good the patty was. Excellent. “I recently visited Hat Creek Burger Company in Rowlett, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the variety of toppings and sauces allowed me to customize my meal exactly how I liked it. I also loved their crispy fries and milkshakes, making it the perfect spot for a delicious and satisfying meal.“

“We couldn't have been happier with our experience with this establishment and the people who run it. The front of house cashier/waiter was truly educational and very attentive. I believe his name was Abdhul. He answered every question we had with a legitimate smile. The lady of the house was also very accommodating with fixing the smallest issue we had arise. The location is very clean, while also showcasing more than a mom and pop feel. We thought we had walked into a chain location due to the signage and professional aesthetic of the building. I believe there were about 15 tables to sit down at. They offer both a la cart beverages; such as bottled ginger beer, a non-alcoholic malt beverage, coconut water, etc; they also have a soda fountain machine with free refills. The food was SO flavorful. The rice alone was great, with a perfect consistency. My husband likened it to biryani, but 10x better. The seasoning on everything was absolutely superb! The gyro and beef kabob, just a chef's kiss. The pita, soft and pillowy. We enjoyed hearing that all the inhouse sauces and spice blends were made everyday from scratch. The green chutney was spicy with a bit of tanginess. Similar to a taqueria green hot sauce with a Mediterranean flair. The tahini, also great to pair with our meals. And if you like baklava, you're in for a treat. Theirs is some of the best we've come across, airy flakey philo dough that's super saturated with honey and pistachios. I stole my husband's.This review is probably a month past our visit, but it's still been on our minds. We will be back, can't wait to try more.“

“This places is a great place to sit and relax, have a chat with friends and/or listen to music. I have been a couple of times and have enjoyed myself each time. The beer is well crafted and the food is more than just an afterthought, it is honestly high quailty and well made. I look forward to visiting Siren Rock many more times in the future.“

“Hung out the Saturday before St. Patrick's day and the weather was a little chilly. Doors weren't open, but it's a cool feature during the summer. The DJ was a little loud for the space, but no one seemed to mind. Waitress was attentive and training at the same time. There is a pool table and a good view of the square and water. Fun space.“

“We go to snuffers on a regular basis and the food is always amazing!! But tonight we felt a whole new vibe we’ve never felt before while dining there. We didn’t see one single server who wasn’t smiling and happy, we noticed they were all working as a team, we had several servers filling our drinks and getting things for us, management was delivering food and helping the staff, there was laughing and pep and it was just an amazingly great evening and we left in a lot more joyous mood then we entered.. it was a fun time and it was great seeing the teamwork amongst all the staff tonight, as I said it was a vibe we have never felt before and we are anxious to return and hope it’s an ongoing thing!! “It's a truck stop Carls but I stop here all the time on my route. The service can be a little slow and I suggest going in vs the drive through. The employees are nice enough and they'll get you what you ordered. No frills and good enough.“

“Delicious burgers and fried chicken. Perfectly seasoned and juicy. We had sooner onion burger and it was amazing. The patty was juicy and onions were just caramelized enough to add the slight sweet taste.I would highly recommend this place. New management has brought good quality and great customer service.“
