“I ordered the three-piece cod Meal - for the sides I had coleslaw and mashed potatoes.The fish was just as pictured golden brown on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. It was not greasy and definitely not too salty the flavor is mild and subtle as cod usually is.The coleslaw was good, not too sweet, not too heavy on the sauce and tasted fresh. My only complaint with the meal was the mashed potatoes tasted like they were out of a box, and the gravy was very bland - not flavorful at all.My husband had the double deluxe burger, which he said was good/An average burger. In his opinion, it’s a little smaller than he prefers. “In N Out has gotten a lot of back and forth in Texas but this place is great. Stop comparing it to Whataburger they are two very different experiences.This locations is always clean and welcoming, they never get my order wrong, the food is consistently fresh and made to order. “I liked the service & atmosphere here. There were semi trucks all over the area. It is a truck stop, after all. The burger left much to be desired. I tried the Double Sourdough Burger. I docked 1 star because it just didn't have any flavor. I thought it would be flavorful with lots of stuff on it. It wasn't. It was bland burger patties with bread, ketchup & mustard & little else. There may have been a stray pickle or super skinny tomatoes with a string of lettuce. There was bacon, but it didn't stand out except that it was stringy. I wouldn't recommend it. If you do get it, though, ask for whatever you like on there & don't spring for the extra meat. It didn't improve it.The place was clean with tables available. I was there at 7 pm. They were also well staffed. The employees were friendly & on top of things. The soft drink I had was okay but seemed a little off. I hardly ever drink soda, so I was looking forward to it. It didn't hit the spot. Seems like I hit them on an off day. I'll try again if I'm going by. I was lost at the time, but you know gps saved the day. Thanks for reading. “I just wanted the wrap and a drink combo for 7 Bucks. Came up to 8, not a bad idea. It's pretty good prcing for a good meal. burritos are usually pretty good and big in size and folded really good. But I got the steak fajita wrap. there was no steak, so I got chicken instead. there is not a lot of chicken. I don't know where all the juice came from, but it fell apart, and there was not a lot of chicken in it... it was really mushy and Soggy. it was my last $8 after the gym, so I was kind of a bummed because I don't want to go back up and complain over a dumb chicken wrap it's really not that big of a deal. it is more of a convenience thing. Usually, it's folded really well. It's not soggy, but next time, hopefully, it'll be better? Hopefully.... but I guess for tonight, I will eat with the fork off of my paperUpdated the service. Carlie, was amazing we got our food and she had noticed we didn’t have our drinks and proceeded to to make sure we got everything. “It was fast and hot a good and cleaned this time I went but beforehand I went a other day I had to wait for somebody to come and take my order then it took forever to get my food but it was hot and good but I should not took over 30 minutes for 3 soft tacos two hard and a Mexican even though my Mexican pizza look like roadkill it was still good but I understand why it took so long they only had two people in there and one was doing a drive-thru and the counter and making the food too so that's why it took so long for me to get food but other than that that is a good place to go eat at Taco Bell on 78“
