Restaurants in League City

“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!”

“Outstanding sushi and hibachi! All you can eat includes full hibachi, sushi, and sashimi! Big full pieces of fish unlike some ayce places. Staff is super friendly and great service. We try to eat there at least once a week!”

“I celebrated my birthday with a family member for the first time at Red River Cantina. The food was outstanding! The service was right on. The ambiance was TexMex classic. The ladies bathroom was impeccably clean and well stocked. Our server surprised me with a beautifully and delicious complimentary Sopapillas with cream and a lit birthday candle. Red River Cantina has nothing to envy their competitors. We all know who they are. Red River is our new restaurant for delicious and reasonably priced TexMex dining! Next on our list is their BBQ restaurant! Can't wait!”

“I have seen four bad reviews.I think they must be talking about another place. We started going there a little over two years ago.We eat there at least once a week, sometimes twice and not on ce was there a bad meal. They have had a little trouble with Chefs as the one who had been there a long time, who.drove from Galveston every daY, left early this year He was great. The other Chef who came was ok but not successful and did not last long and I do not know if they have another permanent Chef or if the Chef's assistants are doing it at the moment.Whatever the food is always good and plenty and they have 22 beers on drought and offers on drin ks and food every day.Food is served until 10pm every night except Fri and SaT when it is 11pm aNd they are open until midnight every day except Fri and SsturdaY when it is 1am.The staff are great and the Customers are great. We have made at least 20good friends and I mean Good friends who are now close friends ,since going there. If you want grest food, great.drinks, meet nice people, this is the place.I always saY there is always an ear that will.listen and someone to laugh with.I do not understand the bad reviews of whic h I saw only four going bac to20 21.This is NOT this place.”

“We’ve been fans of all of the locations of Barcenas for years. The Marina Bay location is every bit as exceptional as the others. The food is consistently delicious, the service is outstanding. Nelly is so welcoming and makes sure every single table is happy. Manny is always just the absolute best and incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. You can’t beat the Taco Tuesday prices and they serve breakfast all day every day! A great experience every time we visit!! I’ll put some pictures in the comments.”

“Food was good but we called in our order. The lady couldn't get my name right even after I told her 6 times. She finally found my order but still couldn't get my name right even after she found my order. Not only did she get my name wrong, she attempted to put my name on the bag but it was still wrong on the bag. She handed me the bag and said she made sure she put my correct name on it. It was still wrong. I told her my name is Jennifer but she still put Jessica on it. Yes it's just a name on the bag, but it's the point that she wasn't listening to me.”

“My kiddos & I love the spot because of the play area, & our favorite server, Kayla! She was our server in 2023 when my youngest was a newborn, & she remembers us every time. We adore her, & will ask for her every time!”

“I’ve been reading review after review about this place and it was time for me to have a dine in experience. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and seated. The server was extremely attentive and took my drink order right away. I looked over the menu and there are so many wonderful options across the board. I knew what wanted and when she brought my drink I was ready to dive in. I ordered classic Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Meatball Pho’. The table is set with soup spoons, forks and chopsticks. They also have Siracha and Hoisin on the table. The Springs Rolls (pork) were delicious and put together perfectly and even cut in half to make it easier to eat. The peanut sauce was spot on and not too thick. Yummy Yummy. Now here comes the Pho, and it looked spot on. Beautiful glistening beef broth, piping hot with all the side accompaniments. The chef putting this together knows how to make Pho’. Absolutely delicious from every aspect. I’m a Pho’ snob and this is top 3 in Galveston or Harris County. Having a Vietnamese restaurant in League City is a huge plus, especially one as good as this. You truly are the Queen of Pho’. ❤️❤️”

“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!”

“I want to say how AMAZING this place is! I booked a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and the owner called me personally and spoke with me and made sure that she decorated our table personally and even got us a private room (which I had no idea was going to happen)! When we arrived, there were beautiful balloons, candles and a stunning room filled with low lights and music. Her husband even came in to make sure everything was to our liking and the waitress (Chloe) was outstanding! I cannot say how wonderful each and every person was that night and how great the food was as well. We will for sure be regular customers at this restaurant for years to come! “We walked in this morning and the place was packed! It's so good to see a local place so busy! The service was friendly, fast but not rushed and we felt appreciated as customers, not just the next in line. That bread? OMG, that bread is amazing! The kolaches, both savory & sweet, are fantastic but i need to add a loud shout out to the cinnamon rolls! Holy smokes! The best I have ever eaten! They are perfectly moist and the cinnamon & icing are evenly distributed for each bite! They have our business for sure!”

I’ve *never* had a single bad coffee, tea, or food item at this location. Additionally, there is never a wait!! That is practically unheard of in the drive-thru world.
