“Dining at Aki Sushi. I had a fantastic experience at Aki Sushi with my wife. We started with steamed dumplings, which were delightful. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen, a dish bursting with fresh flavors, along with the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu sashimi. I tried the smoked brisket ramen, a unique and delicious dish, and unagi with foie gras sushi wow !!! is all I have to say about that one. We also enjoyed a salmon skin roll, one of my favorites. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable meal. Aki Sushi stands out with their fresh wasabi ground tableside and fresh, never-frozen bluefin tuna. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and ramen!”

“I’ve been reading review after review about this place and it was time for me to have a dine in experience. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and seated. The server was extremely attentive and took my drink order right away. I looked over the menu and there are so many wonderful options across the board. I knew what wanted and when she brought my drink I was ready to dive in. I ordered classic Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Meatball Pho’. The table is set with soup spoons, forks and chopsticks. They also have Siracha and Hoisin on the table. The Springs Rolls (pork) were delicious and put together perfectly and even cut in half to make it easier to eat. The peanut sauce was spot on and not too thick. Yummy Yummy. Now here comes the Pho, and it looked spot on. Beautiful glistening beef broth, piping hot with all the side accompaniments. The chef putting this together knows how to make Pho’. Absolutely delicious from every aspect. I’m a Pho’ snob and this is top 3 in Galveston or Harris County. Having a Vietnamese restaurant in League City is a huge plus, especially one as good as this. You truly are the Queen of Pho’. ❤️❤️”

“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!”

“Vulnerable moment: Since being diagnosed with gastritis, my health and diet has been turned upside down. Making plans in advance is impossible because I never know how sick i will be. I spend most of the day silently in pain and finding appetizing things to eat that wont irritate my stomach has been a battle I’ve kind of given up on until we figure out how I got gastritis and heal. Having to go spice, additive, dairy, gluten, and (mostly) sugar free to fight the inflammation, I’ve had to handmake everything down to my own sandwich bread. It was SO nice to feel a bit of normalcy today, be able to order from a menu without asking for crazy accommodations, and to have something actually amazing tasting. My love language is now their snickerdoodles and coffee cake! While I hope my illness is temporary, I will be forever thankful for this bakery and what they did for me today! ❤️🍪”

The ladies bathroom was impeccably clean and well stocked. Our server surprised me with a beautifully and delicious complimentary Sopapillas with cream and a lit birthday candle. Red River Cantina has nothing to envy their competitors. We all know who they are. Red River is our new restaurant for delicious and reasonably priced TexMex dining! Next on our list is their BBQ restaurant! Can't wait!”

The design was exactly what we asked for, so beautiful, and so many of our guests told us it was the greatest cake they’ve ever had! The chicken was piping hot, but my sides were luke warm. The chicken and broccoli dish were delicious. The green beans, however, lacked any flavor. My hubby had the country fried steak with okra and Cole slaw. He said everything was delicious. The salad bar was yummy with plenty of fresh choices. One thing I did notice was the Workers we interacted with weren't very friendly. We wanna go back to try steak night soon.”

“Esteban’s is our go to place to relax and have a delicious meal, and enjoy great service. Today I am writing to thank and praise the manager and staff of Esteban’s for their immediate, effective, professional and caring response to an emergency in which a client had an apparent stroke. Multiple staff immediately: ran to the client, called 911, took directions from the 911 operator and passed them to family with the stroke victim, stood by with the stroke victim’s family and place an employee outside to direct the ambulance. Throughout this process the rest of the staff very efficiently took over for those three who were with the patient, on the phone with 911, or at the door directing the ambulance. The victim and family were supported, no restaurant tables suffered a lack of service, the ambulance was there within ten minutes, and the patient and her family member were fully supported throughout.”

“For as much people hate on fast food, there is a reason for it. I go on walks every day, and whether it's getting a breakfast sandwich, or a chicken sandwich. Sometimes just a drink or when it's really hot outside, getting an ice water and somewhere to sit so I don't get a heat stroke. This is the nicest (Not just cleanliness) atmosphere you will ever find. The staff care about their guest. They check on you. Ask if you need anything. The food is always hot. Always timely. I enjoy stopping here on my walks, again even if it's just for a soda and to sit for a moment. I always feel welcome. I recommend this location to any and everyone, even if your just thirsty for something to drink. Even have a TV.

“I have seen four bad reviews.I think they must be talking about another place.We started going there a little over two years ago.We eat there at least once a week,sometimes twice and not on ce was there a bad meal.They have had a little trouble with Chefs as the one who had been there a long time,who.drove from Galveston every daY, left early this year He was great.The other Chef who came was ok but not successful and did not last long and I do not know if they have another permanent Chef or if the Chef's assistants are doing it at the moment.Whatever the food is always good and plenty and they have 22 beers on drought and offers on drin ks and food every day.Food is served until 10pm every night except Fri and SaT when it is 11pm aNd they are open until midnight every day except Fri and SsturdaY when it is 1am.The staff are great and the Customers are great. We have made at least 20good friends and I mean Good friends who are now close friends ,since going there.If you want grest food,great.drinks,meet nice people,this is the place.I always saY there is always an ear that will.listen and someone to laugh with.I do not understand the bad reviews of whic h I saw only four going bac to20 21.This is NOT this place.”

However, the quality of the sandwiches can be hit or miss—some days they’re made well, but other times they’re thrown together without much care. Overall, it’s still our go-to location, but consistency could be improved.

I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. I really hope they get payed well.If you have never been here before and need a recommendation of which ice cream to get; Blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles is the best ice cream + topping combo I’ve ever had. “Yesterday I had came with a friend and ordered the pimento chicken sandwich, only to find out when I got home that it was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I returned the next day and let the manager on duty know of the issue and they managed to fix it promptly and professionally, making sure my chicken sandwich was fresh and served with a smile. The pimento chicken sandwich is the main reason why I come to chick fil a and today will be my last hora due to my new dietary restrictions as I transition to vegetarian. and even though it was a small gesture of service recovery, it really meant a lot.
