“I had the most amazing service & sincere smile from a Barista the other day. A smile that was unexpected & so much needed on a day I was having a great deal of trouble. My Barista did not smile at me out of pity, her smile was not condescending nor was her smile a forced one she wore because it was her job.No, that was clear by her face & smiling eyes. She made me feel human that morning when I felt like a panicked wreck. She truly made my day, even more so than the wonderful coffee did, just by smiling because she was happy to be there, or maybe smiling because she cared.I might never know her reasons but I do know that she made my entire day better. For that I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Smiles.“

“Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that Starbucks had been replaced. It’s definitely been some time since I’ve been in the area I thought.Early Bird wasn’t bad. The staff were quite friendly, informative, and attentive at that. Before I received my latte I was asked to try it - make sure the coffee was not too strong which the latte overall was perfect. We did try their sample for their horchata milk that is made in-house. Quite interesting taste.The aesthetic of the place was nice. Nice in that grabbing a coffee and or stopping by for a very short while will do. Couldn’t see myself studying nor working here as there is too much going on.Will try and be back if I am in the area again.“

“Our family stopped for an afternoon treat of churros and beverages. The restaurant was clean and nicely arranged with a lots of seating. I noticed there were 4-5 tables where people were enjoying their orders and quietly using their laptops. There were other tables with couples and families. There's also a tv to watch in the dining room.The frappachino was delicious. The churros we ordered were great with dippings sauce. It was a nice place.“

“I went for brunch for my sister's birthday. We tried the peach compote and the berry waffles, the pozole, and the Mac n cheese.Everything was stunningly good. Their Mac n cheese is probably one of the best that I've had- vegan or not. The pozole's flavor was spot on and the jack fruit is a great addition.The NA cocktails were more on the savory side but beautifully made. They weren't to my taste but they are certainly worth trying if you prefer more earthy, savory notes. I can't wait to go back and try a flavored tea or lemonade.All in all, a new staple go-to. “Really great little place! I got the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious! My white chocolate latte was fantastic too. The staff were very nice! It took a little bit of time but that’s because they make everything to order, it’s a small kitchen and they were busy. It was well worth the wait. I will be going back frequently. “I can't believe how good this place is. The flavor in their coffee and food items is unmatched. I really haven't seen it nowhere else. “Yesterday was my first time at Playa bowls. I am so thankful for the staff to be patient with me after I looked over the entire menu. I tried the electric mermaid bowl with half pitaya and half mango base and added bananas. Super delicious. I couldn't finish it all. 1 bowl with a small tip plus the extra bananas was $16.80. It was a little expensive but you're literally getting a ton of fruit in one bowl. I was curious if there was a bowl that would be more diabetic friendly. Definitely going back.“

“this place is a hidden spot downtown san antonio; it’s a very quiet, cozy & vibey spot to hangout! i tried their vanilla lattee & earl gray tea they were just okay, nothing special. parking is tricky too as it’s very small, you’ll likely have to park somewhere close by & walk a little.“

“This place is wonderful with excellent service and delicious coffee and empanadas. The menu has a good variety for people who enjoy the taste of just coffee to the people who want a drink to be acquainted with coffee. You can also ask for percent sweetness on drinks which is a cool way to have your flavor but not have it overpower your coffee. Empanadas came out hot and were wonderful! Highly recommend!“

“This was SO GOOD!! I was in town for a girls trip and we were looking for a quick breakfast spot in the King William District and Kulture Kafe had lots of great reviews. It's a little difficult to find and really is just a food truck trailer parked in a parking lot but there's plenty of seating and the service was super quick as well! When we arrived, I ordered an horchata matcha latte (I loved all the seasonal drinks and foods they had!). My friend ordered a seasonal coffee drink and we split an order of chilaquiles. My drink was absolutely delicious, I loved the homemade horchata!! The chilaquiles came STUFFED and were so flavorful as well. I loved how tender and juicy the chicken was. “Me and my partner first came in when we saw stuff about their coffee flights and interesting flavors. We tried them and had the baristas make us whatever drinks they thought were going to be good. They were all delicious and introduced us to new great flavor combinations. This place is awesome and whenever we want a coffee date we make the drive over. “Awesome coffee stop! I ordered a Charlie Brown latte and my husband ordered a regular coffee. Both were perfect. You can tell they used freshly roasted beans. My Charlie Brown was perfectly seasoned and not too sweet like most other coffee shops. Blueberry lemon scone was the bomb! Perfect lemon flavoring and fresh blueberries made it a perfect scone!“

“This is truly a cafe not just a coffee shop. The pastry is flaky and delicious. The glaze on the croissant is not overly sweet, but tastes of a hint of sugar and cinnamon. I got lavender and cardamom flavor. It was not as vet powering and didn’t taste like potpourri. All served on adorable China. The interior is modern and elegant, chandeliers and velvet couches make it honey. There’s nooks to read or sip coffee. It’s pet friendly and leans in to their love of dogs that n the decor and names of drinks. It’s a hidden gem.“

“I heard good things about their beer, so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I'm a big fan of German and Belgian style beers and that appears to be their specialty. The Tripel Volunteer was pretty authentic for a Belgian Tripel. However, the MKII Doppelbock fell well short of an authentic German Doppelbock... it went flat in a hurry, tasting as if it spent some time in a whiskey barrel, and also had a smell of vinegar on the nose. Even so, I recommend Longtab as a good craft beer venue. Prompt friendly service. I'm a veteran and I give these veterans a big thumbs up!“
