“This was a highly anticipated visit that did not disappoint in the slightest! When arriving, there was about line out the door along with a 30 minute wait. I knew I was in for a good meal. Once seated the food was out between 10 to 15 minutes and I must say.. it was delicious. I had the Lone Star breakfast which consists of 3 eggs, a choice of two piece of eat and Pancakes. I went with the Blueberry Riscotta pancakes and they were as fluffy as I've ever had! Added the San Antonio Burger to the meal because I wanted a taste of both breakfast and lunch! Fantastic. With it being donation only I. Made sure to leave a bit extra as it is going to a great cause! They have a new patron in me and I can't wait to go back!“

“Good food we had the chorizo and egg bacon and egg bean and cheese and Carne guisada with cheese. The Carne guisada was very good no fat good flavor and tender meat the tortillas are home made. Definitely will have to go back to eat there but will be ordering take out again.“

“La Panaderia in San Antonio is awesome! It's like walking into a bakery paradise with the smell of fresh bread and coffee hitting you right away. The Pan Dulce? So good! The folks working there are great too. It's the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch or for a sweet treat. Totally deserves all the love and those five stars! The line moves fast, you can already have a look at the menu while waiting. Waiters will then bring you the food at the table. The place is big, so it should be easy to find a free spot.“

“Well played out design, and so many different items to choose from. I've not tried anything from their kitchen menu but everything from the bakery has been amazing. The almond croissant has some weight to it! By far the best in town. Guava empanada was also great. Different dough than usually (more like a puff pastry than pie) but I was 't mad at it! “Contacted the Board Couple on Sunday afternoon after finding out the hotel I had booked had zero interest in helping me. The Board Couple was closed but responded to an email almost immediately and followed up with a phone call. All Monica wanted to know was how could she help?I explained that I wanted a nice board with a bottle of good Chardonnay, 2 REAL wine glasses and a cork screw all delivered to a downtown hotel prior to my Wife and I arriving the following afternoon, Monday.. I called and spoke to the owner to see if they would be ok to buy on Sunday, but serve the next day. After a few minutes, he told me he would coordinate so I could get them fresh Monday morning. I was blown away !! Devin with his amazing customer service as soon as we walked and Megan with her skill of crafting the hands down best Iced Chai latte I have ever had!! Mind you I’ve traveled allOver and have had chai from many places !! This by sat was the best my boyfriend had the espresso he is an espresso man and said it was a great espresso!! You get a little water with your espresso to wash down which is great at a coffee house. The warm chocolate chip sea salt cookie was a perfect combination!! Will absolutely come back !!“

The food was amazing!!!The restaurant itself is very unassuming in the bottom floor of an office building. There’s also not much to let you know that the cuisine is Korean. The drinks were bottled out of a fridge at the back of the restaurant, and they have a variety of American and Korean drinks/snacks. “First time eating here today, just passing by and ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich...actually got the F1 and the F6 (beef). They are both very delicious. The F1 is fresh and light, while the F6 is still fresh but more filling/satisfying...like if you wanted to really feel full, this sandwich gives that sensation. Overall, the cafe was very clean and tidy, and I appreciate how friendly everyone was--especially the lady who brought the food from the kitchen, she reminded me of my mom from Eastern Europe (that sort of lovely, sweet grandmotherly warmth)!
