i never write reviews or anything but i went through drive thru and my order had gotten messed up so i went inside to fix it and the guy working from 7:50-8:50 pm on headset was super nice and apologetic. i wasn’t upset in the first place but he was still so nice and remade my drink. i’m not sure what his name was but he was really sweet and he’s doing great!
Sweet young lady help me not get in trouble with my wife .My wife wanted an a venti .The only thing this sweet young lady didn't explain was , if large is big what does venti mean.

I had the most amazing service & sincere smile from a Barista the other day. A smile that was unexpected & so much needed on a day I was having a great deal of trouble. My Barista did not smile at me out of pity, her smile was not condescending nor was her smile a forced one she wore because it was her job.No, that was clear by her face & smiling eyes.
