This is honestly my favorite Starbucks because they always get my order right but the other day I was charged twice which mistakes happen i get it it’s always early when I go but when I got to the window the barista really upset me because she asked my girlfriend if we wanted to leave a tip on the card and I said no because i didn’t want to be charged twice again she proceeded to say it’s ok saw your phone I know you can’t afford it. Service is great but literally the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Never fails that it will take longer to get my order, whether mobile or in store. They need more people during peak hours.
