“After seeing some instagram reels about this place I decided to check it out. The drive to the place was a bit far but the food was well worth it. The firecracker shrimp and the beef were so good. It was a little bit pricy though with my 2 entrees, sides, water it came out to 24 dollars. I didn’t get a chance to check out the snow cones just because I ate too much but it was super cool to see the options. Beware though there are limited parking spots out front I got lucky with my spot but I saw many people parking on grass and the surrounding areas around so be aware of the parking situation if going at a peak time.“

“I stopped to take pictures of the old bank down the street and decided to try the BBQ.The brisket sandwich was plentiful! It was pretty good, could have used more bbq sauce and the meat could have been a little juicier, but overall it was pretty good!“

“Follow Goldees socials! Happened to see a post that there was not much of a line and drove by. I was able to get in and able to try everything I wanted. Best brisket I've had in a long time and the potato salad and pork hash were great. Took some bread pudding home for dessert. Will be back if I time it right again.“

The island mix plate has a healthy portion of chicken and steak plus rice and macaroni salad. All of it was delicious. Will definitely be back!“

“Jerry and Jambos Original BBQ Shack did such an amazing job catering our crew lunch for 75 hungry construction workers a couple weeks ago! The food was incredible, plentiful, and prepared with love! One of our guys said the peach cobbler was the best he’s had since his grandmothers many years ago he said he’s been on the hunt to find a comparable peach cobbler and was so happy to have the opportunity to enjoy Jambos peach cobbler ☺️Everything else was delicious as well! My personal favorite was the brisket ? We hope to have Jambos out again to feed our crew!! Thank you, Jerry & staff ???“

“I tried the noodle bowl with beef yesterday and I loved it. I came with two friends who also loved the place. I got all the vegetables and an over-hard egg on top but I asked for no liquid. There's free miso and seaweed soup. I tried the seaweed soup and it was tasty. There's all kinds of sauces but I found everything was delicious with a little soy sauce. I will definitely come back here.“

“The atmosphere was such a vibe. Unfortunately the food missed the mark for me. The brisket was chewy and lacked flavor. The ribs were very fatty and was a bit chewy was well. I guess I was hoping for that fall of the bones barbecue ribs. Not all was lost the brisket nachos were great. Our waitress was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I’ll give them another shot, maybe today was an off day.“

“Stopped here a couple weeks ago with a couple co-workers just passing through. We like looking for the local gems when on the road. Massey's did not disappoint. Brisket and ribs were great, Atmosphere is great, and getting to Chat with Todd while we ate topped off a great meal. Will def stop again.“

“Sat outside for a late lunch on the front patio with no wait, food came hot and fast. I had probably the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had and hubby's shrimp tacos were delicious. Service was amazing, we will definitely be back for dinner one night.“
