Sometimes the lines are long and the atmosphere is not exactly a cozy restaurant, but overall this is a great option for students, staff, and visitors to LeTourneau University!“
“Authentic Cantonese Chinese food. Handmade dumplings and first class sushi. I think of most restaurants in the Longview area as just being not very good. The food here is of the quality that you would find even in Chinatown in San Fransisco. This is in my opinion by far the best restaurant in town.“
“I always enjoy a stop at Menchies. The fact that they carry a dairy free flavor makes me a fan for life. The dark chocolate sorbet is divine. I wish they carried it all the time! Clean store and lots of toppings, perpetually refilled and tidied my the friendly staff.“

“I’ve dined at Fuji twice now and have greatly enjoyed both experiences.Both times I’ve come on week nights and sat down immediately, there were just a few others. I sat at a table the first time, and then the sushi bar the next. Both times the servers were very sweet, and service was almost instant. For food I’ve started both times with the house salad, the ginger dressing is great. The first entree I had was the chicken Katsu, it was fried and cooked perfectly with a great crust and juicy, non-fatty interior. The katsu sauce was also traditional and very good. This time I switched it up and got something I never do. When I normally get sushi, I tend to stick to nigiri at high end sushi restaurants, but decided to be random tonight and order a roll. I had the Cajun Cowboy Roll and loved it. To me this isn’t sushi at all, with ingredients such as crab, crawfish, and ribeye steak on top….but I just didn’t picture it as that. I just saw it as a unique surf and turf entree, Texas style. Whatever you want to see it as, I bet you will love it as much as I did. Just overall good experiences I’ve had here.My only suggestion is that it’s super bright inside, dimming the lights a little would be awesome!“

“Food is delicious. I didnt check their local rating before I ate. It was a B. I can't personally go back until it has been cleaned up. The table I sat at was sticky and the wall beside me was spattered with food. The sauce on the table had dried bits clogging the openings. I ate but was fairly grossed out.“
“Oh, goodness. This place is really great. It's like a healthy version of a certain panda-related restaurant. TM offers good sized portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. What else could you hope for? Hot food and unlimited drink refills? An app that can get you a discount for loyalty? Yep, they have all that, too. I've been three times, despite the half hour drive, and I hope to make it back soon.“
