My family has eaten at the Lubbock location many times. The food has always been delicious and the service excellent. Last night our server was Landon and I cannot even properly express how fantastic the service was. My whole family was impressed. We thought he was a waiter trained at a large city five star restaurant. We were incorrect. He became a server at a Country Club in Lubbock, left there and started at Abuelo's. The food and service is always excellent here. I am disabled so it is important to me that this restaurant is fully ADA. The only problem is that this place is always very busy. Everyone loves to come here because the service is consistently good and the food is very good TexMex. But if you want an out of the way spot with a laid back vibe, this ain't it.
