I just left the drive thru. the woman came on the speaker and said there would be a 10-15 min wait I said that's fine. so we waited 5 min.
she came back on again and said, ma'am I'm not taking orders for 10-15 min. I said again. OK that's fine.
then she yelled through the microphone, I said I'm not taking any orders. and I raised my voice incase she couldn't hear me. and said.... I said I'll wait.

We waited at the order sign for over 15 minutes with nobody helping. We would've left but were blocked in by a car waiting even longer than us. a car from behind us jumped the curb to leave and the car directly in front of us drove straight through too. They did not look understaffed and had only one customer inside. This Burger King has gotten slower and slower over the years, but this drew the line.
