They are always none stop busy and would say they do the best with what they have. My suggestion would be for corp, lose the stupid fake plastic desert display, use that counter space for all the drop off orders because for being the lead dropoff McDonald's in lbk, they have absolutely no space to make ,prep,or store them.
Umm I had ordered on the app and they had forgotten a few items so I went inside and nobody for about 10 minutes asked if I needed help or something they just looked at me or walked right by me and usually I don’t complain like this but I had spent like 65 dollars not to get some of the food for my kids and family we had a long day and wanted something quick for dinner and to be honest I should have just went to another location

Usually this McDonalds is decent.. sometimes they forget something in our order then get mad at us like it’s our fault. BUT, my girlfriend and I went about a week or so ago for lunch.
