The ChiliCheese Burger is my favorite and has been all these years. They recently upgraded the burger as it now comes with a quarter pound hamburger patty and that minor detail has been a major change in the quality. The ChiliCheese Fries are the bomb especially when you add a side of ranch to them, mmmmhmm the bestest in West Texas! Thank You for the Great Food for all these years and helping get Lubbock thru the Covid-19.“

“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

But it was supposed to be ordered with the meal, so the computer said, “nope.” The girl at the counter and the manager were so friendly and helpful, and went ahead and overrode the system so we could have birthday cheesecake anyway! “Arby's is always better than the rest of other places.You just need to know that people don't go there because they can't afford the meat.Most of the time, but they give you lay more than everywhere else.Arb says one of my number 1 places to go and I see somewhere there had a barbecue menu.I hope they bring it to Texas cuz.I love their pulled pork when they had it!“

“Everything about this place is excellent. It is well kept. The exterior is well maintained and clean. The interior is well maintained and clean. You're always greeted with a smile from someone at the counter near to the door, if it's not them it is always someone else. The menu is well designed and easy to read. The food is always fresh and fantastic, it is always brought out and I'm always asked if there's anything else that I need a second time. The staff is very polite, courteous, well organized, and clean. I appreciate that they are closed on Sunday, while I do not always align with their other social and political views.“

“This is my go to pizza place any time I’m in Lubbock! The store manager Chelsi is so pleasant to talk to. She always has a smile on her face! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have good deals and you can sign up and get Pizza Hut rewards. They work across state lines. I live in Kansas and I use my points in both states.“
