We dined in, food was dried out, even worse was the EXTREMELY rude worker, not just to my family but to other customers as well! He ought to be ashamed of himself, he made my family so uncomfortable we didn't even want to finish our food in his presence. My family will not be visiting this place EVER again.Kid-friendliness: Employee was beyond rude and hateful...I would not advise bringing any kids into this establishment!
bro the famaous bowl was amazingly good still. been yeaaaars since i got it.just perfect and service was complete by the time i got to the window. the lady was fast and very very polite. has to be the best KFC in lubbock. no doubt about it.

It's convenient not efficient or good. This place is ridiculous so slow this person working clearly on drugs aka percs.. they had issues finding the buttons to push , literally moved sloths pace . It's convenient in location to my area of living but man..
