Went through the drive-thru got my meal but got a Diet Coke instead of regular coke. Not wanting to cause a giant scene or anything I dumped it out and went inside to get the correct beverage. Just so happens that Hugo (the owner) was in there speaking to an employee it looked like it. And as I was walking out stopped me and informed me I would need to pay for it. Waited in a 2 car drive thru line for 20 min now I'm not sure if they were busy inside but it didn't seem like it. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and a med fry. They gave me the med fry but it was less than half full. As I was the last car in the 2 car line they were not sure if my order was mine. They seemed very confused about everything. To my mobile order number to my order to even my receipt.
