Defines the exact reasonS why BK is going out of business. Ordered food on the app and the store didn't have it. They became the ones that got upset and rather than replacing it, they wanted to up charge me to decide on other items. Want a refund? Good luck because it takes over a week for a refund, if i ever get it......
On Thursday, April 4, I pulled up in the drive-through, and there was a lady ahead of ne who said she was "sitting here for 15 minutes and nobody has come to the microphone." I suggested that she drives up to the window. She did. At that time, I pulled up to the order sign. There were people in line behind me. Nobody came on to take my order either, and I was kept watching the lady ahead of me. She never received anything. After five minutes, she drove off without receiving anything....read full review

I've been to Bks all over the country and this one takes the cake for being the LITERAL WORST in the country. Employees are extremely rude and the wait in the drive thru and inside is excessively LONG even when they aren't busy and NO ONE else is here.
